The Middle School baseball team is off to a great start this season, keeping up its winning ways through the middle of April. The Lancers most recently recorded a resounding 21-1 victory over Cornerstone Christian Academy. Chad Plucinsky '23 (pictured on the left) pitched another fine game, giving up only one hit while striking out seven in four innings. Troy Domen '24 (pictured on the right) also kept up his torrid hitting streak, going 3-for-3. He is hitting .875 in three games this season, going 7-for-8 with one walk. In the latest victory, the Lancer defense was stellar with a beautiful double play turned in by Lucas Perusek '23 and Dean Stephens '23. Jackson Nolan '24 had a fine game with a key hit. Nick Lasecki '23 had a nice gap shot for a double and also had a good day catching behind the plate.
Other Lancer wins this season are against South Euclid Memorial and Shaker Heights.
