The girls prep hockey team hosted the Rochester Edge 19U team for two games this past Saturday and were victorious in both, recording shutouts in each. In the first match-up, the Lancers won 3-0 with two goals from Quinn Hartmetz '21 (pictured on the left). Hope Crisafi '20 had the shutout in net.

In the second match, later that evening, the Lancers again came out strong, this time skating to a 5-0 win. Goals in that game came from Amanda Mindzora (2), Delaney Mayer '20, Linzy Jedrzejek and Hartmetz. Aitana Garcia-Reynell '20 had two assists, while Shannon Traynor '20 (pictured on the right) and Franki Cappello '20 also had one assist each. The shutout in that game was recorded by Kristiana Apsite '20.

Coach Seanna Conway was pleased with how the team performed in front of the home crowd and hopes they can continue to build on the effort throughout the season. She called the series "a stellar weekend of goal-scoring and solid goaltending."
