The girls prep hockey team traveled to Indiana for a two-game series against Culver Academy. In the first game, Culver came out on top 1-0 in a very tight game with end-to-end action for all three periods. Both teams had a number of incredible chances throughout the game. Hope Crisafi '20 played the first half in net for Gilmour and stopped 16-of-17 shots. Alayna Breivogel '21 (pictured on the left) made her first prep appearance for the Lancers, playing in net the second half and stopping 16-of-16 shots.

In Saturday's rematch, Gilmour had the upper hand, finishing with a 5-2 victory. Gilmour got its goals from five different players, including Alaina Giampietro '22, Alexis Cistolo '23 (pictured on the right), Julija Blazinsek '21, Delaney Mayer '20 and Amanda Mindzora. The highlight on offense was the goal by Cistolo as it was her first-ever score at the prep level. Kristiana Apsite PG earned the win in net.
