Greg Christopher '91 is in his fifth year as a coach with the Gilmour Academy Lancer baseball program. It is his fourth season as an assistant with the varsity team where his primary responsibility is working with the catchers. He previously served as an assistant with the Middle School team for one year.
Christopher attended Gilmour Academy where he was a three-sport athlete. He played football, basketball and baseball, serving as team captain of the latter two. He earned All-Ohio in baseball as a senior and was later inducted into the Gilmour Athletics Hall of Fame in 1996.
After graduation from Gilmour, Christopher went on to attend Miami University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and human resource management. He is currently employed by Morgan Stanley as a financial adviser. He and his wife, Melissa, reside in Twinsburg with their three sons: Nick, who is a Gilmour senior baseball player; Matt, who is a current Gilmour junior baseball player; and Ben, who is an 8th grader at RB Chamberlin Middle School in Twinsburg.
