Greg Christopher ’91 is in his ninth year as a coach with the Gilmour Academy baseball program with the 2022 season. It is his eighth year as an assistant with the varsity team, where his primary responsibility is working with the catchers. He previously served as an assistant with the Middle School team for one year.

Christopher attended Gilmour Academy where he was a three-sport athlete. He played football, basketball and baseball, serving as team captain in the latter two sports. He earned All-Ohio honors in baseball as a senior and was later inducted into the Gilmour Academy Lancer Hall of Fame in 1996.

After graduation from Gilmour, Christopher went on to attend Miami University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and human resource management. He is currently employed as a financial adviser.

Christopher and his wife, Melissa, reside in Twinsburg with their three sons: Nick ’19, who went on to play at Bucknell University; Matt ’20, a current baseball player at Mercyhurst University; and Ben ’23, a current member of the Lancer baseball program.
