The sun may not have been shining at the OHSAA Division III District Tournament, but the Lancers sure were as they finished third to earn an automatic bid to the state championship in Columbus. The Lancers totaled a team score of 332 to place third out of 10 teams. Gilmour was just three strokes behind the second-place team, Brookfield. Liam Ottaway '21 had the low score for Gilmour with a two-day total of 75. Jack Popovich '22 turned in a solid performance with a score of 82. Additional scores were turned in by Brady Nolan '20 (87), Alex Swinarski '22 (88) and Harry Rogers '22 (95). 

Gilmour will compete in the OHSAA Division III State Championship today and tomorrow – October 11-12 – at The Ohio State University Golf Club Scarlet Course.
