It was a spectacular conference season for the varsity volleyball team as the Lancers earned the North Coast League (NCL) White Division Championship with an undefeated record of 8-0. Gilmour logged victories against Archbishop Hoban, Beaumont, Villa Angela-St. Joseph and Cleveland Central Catholic to secure the title outright. Even more exciting was when the voting for conference accolades was completed, Gilmour players accounted for 10 of the 26 individual honors, including all three of the highest possible awards. Head coach Danny Coughlin was named White Division Coach of the Year, while the Most Valuable Offensive Player honor was given to Kathryn Randorf '22 (pictured on the left) and the Most Valuable Defensive Player honor was given to Emmy Klika '21 (pictured on the right). Randorf and Klika were also named First-Team honorees along with teammates Brinn MacLellan '21 and Jocelyn Carter '21. Second-Team honors went to Anna Rarick '23 and Laney Klika '23, the only two freshmen to be recognized at any level. Rounding out the list of award recipients was Honorable Mention pick Caroline Rarick '21.
