Kelsey Polak is in her fifth year coaching with the Gilmour Academy volleyball program with the 2020-21 school year, serving as a fourth-year assistant with the varsity team after previously serving one year as the head coach of the freshman team. She was a four-year volleyball player at Kirtland High School as both a setter and outside hitter before continuing her career as a setter at the collegiate level for NCAA Division I Towson University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and is now pursuing a master’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Cleveland State University. Additionally, Polak is an assistant coach with Cleveland Volleyball Company (CVC) and is in her first season with the 15-1’s after working for two seasons with the 17-1’s.
